Not everything that matters can be said — until it can.

I help organizations uncover the human truths beneath the surface — the quiet patterns, the unsaid needs, the motivations that drive behavior. With a background in psychology and a deep curiosity for people, I turn unspoken insights into strategies that shape meaningful policy, design human-centered products, and build better relationships with the people you serve.

About Me

I’m Mina Cansiz — a psychology graduate and researcher. With an MSc in Applied Social and Political Psychology and a background in behavioural economics, decision-making, and mental health, I help people and organisations articulate what they feel but cannot yet say.

My work lives at the intersection of human complexity and actionable insight. From mapping how trauma shapes community engagement, to helping councils reduce energy consumption through behavioural change, to exploring the psychological cost of political lies — I turn nuanced human experiences into strategies that serve people better.

I’ve consulted on policy design, advised filmmakers on authentic mental health storytelling, and developed peer support systems for individuals navigating emotional trauma. I’ve studied cooperation across cultures, created photovoice projects on student wellbeing, and helped companies reimagine how they understand their customers.

Every person is an ocean. If you want to help people, you have to dive — and I’m here to guide that dive.
